Michael (Mike) McKenney, a graduate of Ball State University, earned both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business Administration, Television Production, Secondary Education and Instructional Design.

He has worked in a variety of Fortune 500 environments for companies such as Reliance Electric, Exxon International, Rockwell International and more recently, Avid Communications - a division of Rockwell Automation, where he served in the position of Director of Operations.

A tenured professional, Mike has received multiple international and Emmy awards for his work in the video field. He is also a published author, his works having appeared in a variety of text books, including The Harvard Business Review.
